1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Oriz, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Oriz enables users to make cross-border payments via existing UPI and QR ecosystems.

3. Eligibility

Must be 18+ years old.

Must complete KYC verification.

Must comply with RBI/UPI/PromptPay regulations.

4. User Responsibilities

Provide accurate information.

Maintain confidentiality of account credentials.

Do not use Oriz for illegal transactions.

5. Fees & Charges

Applicable transaction fees will be shown before payment.

Currency conversion fees may apply.

6. Refunds & Disputes

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Chargebacks may be initiated per banking partner rules.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

Delays due to partner banks/PSPs.

Losses due to incorrect information entered by user.

Unauthorized use of your account if credentials are shared.

8. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend/terminate your account for:

Non-compliance with laws.

Fraudulent or suspicious activity.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian Law, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh India.
